Who we are

This website belongs to Wooden House Candidasa, a guesthouse on Jalan Mendira, Sengkidu, Manggis, Karangasem, Bali, Indonesia ("we", "us"). You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp on 0859-6064-0466.

Information you send us

The enquiry form does not send anything to our servers. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", your browser opens WhatsApp with a message that contains the details you typed: your name, phone number, dates, number of guests, your interest in yoga or bicycles, and any notes. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp yourself.

Once you send it, the message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their own privacy policy, and we receive it on our phone. We use it only to answer your question, arrange your stay and keep in touch about that stay.

Information collected automatically

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.

We do not run analytics or advertising tools on this website at the moment. Optional cookies and third-party content only load if you allow them. See the Cookie Policy for details.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to answer them and manage any stay that follows, and for any period required by Indonesian law for accounting or tax purposes. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only when needed to provide your stay (for example, with a driver you ask us to arrange) or when the law requires it.
